DESPITE THE IRONY OF A BILLIONAIRE CLAIMING TO BE A HUSTLER, CLASS POLITICS WILL SHAPE 2022 POLITICS.

Deputy President William Ruto is a shrewd political operative and a man on a mission: State House 2022. He has shown the willingness to burn bridges and make new ones if it suits him in his quest to be the fifth occupant of the house on the hill. His latest move has been to rebrand himself as the defender of the hustlers-a common tag reserved for the downtrodden in society. The move has won him, admirers and detractors, alike, and they never fail to light up social media with their spats and witty insults. But here is the unpopular truth, the man does not qualify an inch to be a hustler. He was once like you and me but at the moment, he isn’t a hustler.   The countdown to the January 20 th, 2021 handover ceremony in Washington DC is ongoing as the current administration prepares to hand over to an incoming Biden Administration. Strong Pro-Environment Policies President Trump never hid his disdain for climate change activists like Greta Thunberg and for treaties like the Paris Accord, which he withdrew from. The ...

TWO THINGS WE CAN LEARN FROM PRESIDENT TRUMP’S “LOSS”

Image
The USA election has come to a pulsating end with former Vice President Joe Biden winning enough electoral votes to become the 46 th President while President Donald Trump is still crying foul over “massive irregularities” in the polls with regards to mail-in ballots. If he will concede after exhausting all of his options is a matter of conjecture, but there are lessons we can take from his four-year run as USA President. Its’ better to stand alone President Trump was virtually alone ever since he announced his run for office five years ago while coming down his gold-laced escalator in Trump Tower, New York. His close friends and buddies shunned him and the Republican Party establishment never really warmed up to him as well as the media. Did he whimper and fade away? Hell No! President Trump fought on and managed not just to shock the Republican Establishment, but also shock the political and media establishment by winning the 2016 polls against all odds. Even as President,...
